APG Widget
There are dozens of password generating widgets available but most share a common problem: they aren’t random. For a password to be truly useful, it must have a random generator. Most password widgets use an internal method that isn’t entirely random and produce insecure passwords. The APG widget isn’t like them. It uses a tried and true Unix application (apg) at its core. It also lets you easily copy passwords to the clipboard for easily pasting into other applications (like Safari) or sending the selected password to Keychain Access so that you can save it for later use. For reliable password security and ease of use, APG widget is the way to go.

SiteTagger widget
SiteTagger is a great application, sure, but it’s a bit inconvenient to add a bookmark if SiteTagger isn’t already open. At today’s pace, waiting for an application to launch could break your stride. Fortunately, there’s a handy Dashboard widget that lets you easily access your bookmarks and add new ones without having to launch SiteTagger.
Words widget
Words is a Latin-English dictionary written by William Whitaker. The Words widget puts this dictionary right on the Dashboard. Words is an indispensable tool for both aspiring Classics students, scholars, and anyone else interested in reading Latin.
Compress widget
Compress is a great (and free) compress utility. It gives you access to several compression methods as well as the new p7zip format. Imagine all that compression power with the convenience of the Dashboard. This is it. This widget lets you pick between several compression formats (and some compression combinations) and enables simple drag-and-drop archiving. It also supports the p7zip format including the ability to decompress .7z files (simply drag them back onto Compress). Also, like Compress, this widget is absolutely free!
