For any tech questions regarding any of From Concentrate Software’s products, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Before asking a question, please check the documentation included with the application. For all of FCS’ shareware applications, integrated support using Help Center (available under the application’s “Help” menu) is provided and may answer your question. More information may be found in the online help documentation accessible through an application’s homepage.
From Concentrate Software tries to respond in a timely manner to every question but you may facilitate a quicker response by including the following information in your email:
- What product are you using?
- What version of the product are you using?
- What version of OS X are you using?
- (In the case of a bug) What was the last thing you did before you experienced erratic behavior?
Please include the product information and provide a short summary of the problem in the subject of the email.
