A browser’s integrated bookmark system works because it is, well, integrated. Getting the data from the current page is quick and easy. SiteTagger offers a couple of means to make it just as easy.
The bookmarklet - SiteTagger includes a handy bookmarklet to add the current page in your browser to SiteTagger’s database. To access it, click on the “SiteTagger” menu and click on “Install bookmarklet…”. Instructions for installing the bookmarklet are found on the page that opens in your web browser.
The button - SiteTagger has a button that looks like a browser window with a “+” on it under the main bookmarks table. Clicking this will cause SiteTagger to attempt to get information about the current page from your default browser. Your default browser can be set in SiteTagger’s preferences window. This is a SiteTagger default only and will not affect your system-wide default browser.
Drag and drop - You can drag and drop a URL directly from your browser’s URL field onto SiteTagger’s main bookmark tables.
