How to dial

There are several ways to dial with MacDialer. There are two menus, one for your Phone Book and the other for your Address Book, a Dial Pad for numbers you haven't entered into either your Phone Book or your Address Book, and a system-wide services menu item that enables you to dial with MacDialer. Here are the steps for each.

Menus (either Phone Book menu or Address Book menu)

  1. Click the MacDialer menu item and mouse over either the "Phone Book" or "Address Book" submenu.

Dial Pad:

  1. Click the "Dial Pad" menu item under the MacDialer menu.
  2. A window opens. Type a number to be dialed or type a name and select it from the filtered list.
