I’ve been a longtime Netflix fan. Loved it. But no longer.
Netflix has refused to send any movies to me for a week. I don’t know why. They have not responded to support emails. Meanwhile, they billed me for another month.
My love affair with Netflix is over. If the service ever starts again, we can begin the relationship, but not where we left off. I’ll be manic and apprehensive until I can trust again. Why did Netflix have to break my heart?
